• What is cruelty-free silk?

~ Opposed to commercial silk, at Nirvanski, the tussah silk we source for our soap comes from moth cocoons that are wild-gathered. Most importantly the moths that create the silk have vacated the cocoon on their own before harvesting. The silk is not bleached or dyed.

• Will my purchase look the same as the product picture?

~ Because each physical item offered is handmade this means appearance may slightly vary.
~ Product colors on the screen may vary in person due to differences in lighting and monitors; thank you for understanding!

Shipping

• How long will it take to receive my order?
  

~ Orders will be sent within 1-7 business days.
~ Once shipped your order should take around 3-10 days to arrive.
~ To ensure you receive your order without delays, please ensure all mailing information is present and correct.
~ If mailed to an incorrect address due to incorrect mailing information provided at checkout, we will mail to the correct address once the package is returned and a new shipping label has been paid for by the customer.

• How will my package arrive?

~ We send orders using tracked USPS mail services.

• Do you ship internationally?

~ We currently only ship within the U.S.

~ Because the products we offer are handmade with time, love, and in nature personal we are not able to accept returns.
~ If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will try to remedy the issue.

• Are your products allergen-free?

~ A wide variety of ingredients and materials are used in our products. It is important to be aware of what ingredients may affect you and the possibility that they could have come in contact with each other and other products. 
~ Products are for external use only.
~ Always spot-test skin products. If any irritation occurs, immediately discontinue use and consult a physician.
